How does the coin system work?

You get 50 coins per day. Opening a tracked app costs coins. Tap "Not now" for free. Run out and you're done for the day.

Can I borrow from tomorrow?

Yes. Up to 30 coins. The debt reduces tomorrow's starting balance.

What's in Pro?

Unlimited focus sessions and brown noise. Everything else is free.

How do I cancel Pro?

Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, Dopamin, Cancel.

Why does it need Screen Time access?

To show the shield when you open tracked apps. Data stays on your device.

What if I delete the app?

All local data is permanently removed.
